A receipt is a candidate's submission on a real-world scenario built around a hiring brand's actual operating context. Each scenario has a defined rubric scored by top-1% practitioners. The receipt includes the candidate's work, the score breakdown, the feedback they received, and the percentile against everyone who has attempted the same scenario.

Reading a receipt is faster than reading a resume. Decision quality is higher because you're evaluating the work directly, not a claim about it.

Why is the scoring trustworthy?

Top-1% practitioners in each function build and grade the rubrics. Scenarios are versioned: when the company context evolves, the rubric updates. Cross-scenario percentiles are normalized so a top-10% marketing receipt compares meaningfully to a top-10% product receipt. Full methodology here.
