Scenarios are built around actual operating moments at Tesla, Shopify, Stripe, and other hiring brands. Each one mirrors a decision a real team would make. You pick the function you want to be evaluated in, you pick the scenario inside that function.
Step 2 · Do the work
You submit a response. The first session is structured so you produce a complete receipt in about 90 minutes. No mandatory pre-reading, no tutorial, no scaffolding that gets in the way.
Step 3 · Get scored against the top 1%
Senior practitioners in each function grade your submission against a rubric the function team has built. You get a percentile against everyone who has attempted the same scenario, plus specific feedback on what worked and what to fix.
Step 4 · Get found by recruiters
Recruiters who pay for access to zero filter the candidate pool by percentile, function, and scenario. Top-scoring receipts surface in their dashboards. They reach out to you. You decide whether to engage.
What you don't have to do
You don't have to write a resume. You don't have to memorize STAR-method interview answers. You don't have to maintain a portfolio. You don't have to do unpaid free work to "build credentials." The receipt is the credential.
